By posting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, publicly display, adapt, and distribute such Contributions in any media, and to use your name and trademarks as submitted, subject to applicable law.

GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
If you leave reviews, you must have first-hand experience, refrain from offensive or discriminatory language, avoid false or misleading statements, and not organize campaigns to manipulate reviews. We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion.

Binding Arbitration. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Baltimore County, Maryland, unless otherwise required by law. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Restrictions. Arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only; class or representative actions are not permitted.
Exceptions. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights or address unauthorized use.

DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$1,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your Contributions; (c) breach of these Legal Terms; or (d) violation of any third-party rights or laws.

USER DATA
We may maintain data you transmit to the Services for performance management. You are responsible for all data you transmit. We are not liable for loss or corruption of such data.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures and records.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING (IF APPLICABLE)
If you opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from us, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, contact support@roseyredsupplyco.com. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data for marketing purposes.
